Every GK soap is made with a base blend of 6 organic fats, oils & wax: palm & coconut fats, cocoa butter, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (or flax oil), sunflower oil & beeswax. The rich organic oils & fats saponify to produce natural soaps with excellent emollient properties. The CP method produces lots of glycerin which is very good for skin conditioning. And by adjusting alakali calculations, 5% of the base blend is left unsaponified (a technique called "superfatting") leading to the superior properties only achieved by CP soaps. This means that GoodKaarma soaps have lots of pure, organic, skin toning, cocoa butter, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil & beeswax. Wide spectrum essential oils GK soaps harness the power of wide spectrum essential oils (EOs) to positively influence the body, mind & emotions: with antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal & skin conditioning properties, effective and 100% natural, mood altering, refreshing & stress relieving. The 2% EO content in GK soaps lends naturally beneficial properties to the high quality organic base. The EO quantities are carefully balanced, not overpowering. Discover the wonderful quality of GK soaps! Packaging GoodKaarma soap packaging is made from 100% recycled paper and printed using natural plant resin & plant-oil based inks. The inks are Green Swan certified (Nordic) & meet 94/62EC EU environmental standards. The boxes are fully compostable! GoodKaarma is an eco-cottage industry based on a farm on the Baltic island of Saaremaa, Estonia. GoodKaarma's name comes from its location near to Kaarma village in the Kaarma district of Saaremaa. GoodKaarma Talu is the farmhouse production centre where the cold process organic soaps are handmade. GoodKaarma welcomes visitors during the summer & autumn, offering soap-making workshops, a lovely garden café and an arts & crafts gift shop.
